The National Institute of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) has awarded Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO), Inc. a potential 10-year, $20 billion Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) to provide customized Information Technology (IT) solutions and services. Under this contract, awardees will provide an extensive range of IT solutions and services through 10 task areas including health and biomedical related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.

The CIO-SP3 Small Business contract has already earned “best-in-class” status for providing quality customized IT products, services, and solutions to federal agencies. The CIO-SP3 Small Business contract demonstrates the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center’s (NITAAC) commitment to supporting the small business community, while helping federal agencies achieve their small business goals and objectives, including the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of the Treasury, and Health and Human Services organizations.

“Following this GWAC, we will expand our capabilities in technology, including health and biomedical–related IT services. I am thrilled to add this to our 10 years of vast performances and I look forward to demonstrating the breadth our operational capabilities with transformational solutions,” said Min Chong, President and CEO of Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc.*

STOPSO is an IT strategy and management consulting firm that works with government agencies to define their strategic goals, enhance operational capabilities and empower organizations with transformational solutions.

STOPSO is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and a graduated Small Business Administration 8(a) Program Participant.

STOPSO combines small company responsiveness with large company business practices. Achieving both these goals simultaneously often proves to be beyond the reach of many companies, small and large. Much of our success is attributable to the priority STOPSO management places on enforcing technical quality control/assurance, financial oversight procedures, and adherence to the highest ethical and regulatory standards. STOPSO’s success in all these areas is a point of pride and will continue to be a core aspect of the company’s support provided to our clients. STOPSO teams with other small and medium businesses to provide customers with unique and innovative services and products best developed and applied by agile and growing businesses, while our larger business partners provide strong and deep bench strength that enable us to reach back to corporate personnel resources during surge requirements or when unique expertise is specified. This degree of depth and integration helps reduce infrastructure and personnel costs and ensures the development and application of best practices.
