The Team has offices and a strong workforce contingent in each of the seven zones.

Our established Quality Assurance (QA) plan provides for customer acceptance and feedback on all contract deliverables and will be instituted on all contract tasking. The QA plan includes the following: Peer review required prior to products being delivered Quality Assurance form submitted with every deliverable product for customer assessment and comments Formal interviews with customers for contract support feedback and use of the results to evaluate our processes and determine if any changes need to be made Opportunities for staff training to continue improvement of their skill sets, thereby, increasing the knowledge base, raising the level of quality and improving responsiveness.
