As Vice President for Operations, Jin is responsible for the management of Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) current operations and contracts in the areas of identity management and biometrics, engineering and information technology, program management, analysis, strategic planning, operations support, strategic communications and logistics.
Jin brings innovative thought, proven leadership and management talent to the STOPSO leadership team. Jin lends support to clients in the areas of homeland security, defense and intelligence. Over his career as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, and senior analyst and program manager for private industry, he has collaborated with others to develop policies and strategies that effectively promote and manage ideas and products.
Jin brings his eclectic experiences in engineering, intelligence and security to provide a capability multiplier to STOPSO’s Federal, State and local government customers.

Jin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor of science in engineering and from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with master’s degree in security studies.
