Kevin has performed various corporate roles as well as program manager responsibilities at STOPSO. He is a former Army officer with over 22 years of service to the Nation who has leveraged his leadership and management experience and national security background in the public and private sectors. He has experience in leading operations, organizations, and projects of various sizes, where he has displayed the ability to determine objectives, set priorities, and delegate work for essential program oversight, administrative and human capital/human resources processes, security concerns, as well as other activities and programs. As an Army Personnel Management Officer and as an engaged Program Manager/Corporate Leader for STOPSO, he has led several projects that helped shaped the Army for the full range of military operations and ensured organizations and people were in place to accomplish critical missions.
Kevin has successfully led teams to solve complex problems facing his public sector clients, and his portfolio currently includes working with contracts across the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. Kevin is an inventive problem solver, an astute professional and accomplished advisor who works with program managers and site leads on a daily basis across his portfolio to answer the tough questions for clients, employees, and leaders. He also leads STOPSO’s efforts to maintain and mature the company’s Enterprise Quality Management System.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Liberty University, his Master of Science in Education Administration from Virginia Tech University, and a Master of Science in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He resides in Arlington, VA with his wife Renee and they have two adult children, Hope and Daniel.
