About the Contract

Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and a graduated Small Business Administration 8(a) Program Participant. We are exceptionally well qualified to perform on the Seaport-e acquisition.

Team STOPSO offers the proven capabilities of its highly experienced company and Team members in support of all SeaPort-e Zones. Our Team, through personnel and corporate experience, possesses a diverse and broadly encompassing combination of capabilities relevant to the SeaPort-e requirements. Our Team includes small companies with expertise in some of the nation’s most strategically important defense initiatives and large partners with expansive depth and breadth across all functional areas and all zones. The Team has offices and a strong workforce contingent in each of the seven zones.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance STOPSO combines small company responsiveness with large company business practices. From the day the company opened the doors, STOPSO has been both profitable, and has an unblem­ished record of delivery on-time, beyond customer satisfaction. Achieving both these goals simultaneously often proves to be beyond the reach of many companies, small and large. Much of our success is attributable to the priority STOPSO management has placed on ensuring that appropriate technical quality control/assurance, financial oversight procedures, and adherence to the highest ethical and regulatory standards. STOPSO’s success in all these areas is a point of pride and will continue to be a core aspect of the company’s support provided under the SeaPort-e contract vehicle. STOPSO ensures quality services. Our established Quality Assurance (QA) plan provides for customer acceptance and feedback on all contract deliverables and will be instituted on all contract tasking. The QA plan includes the following: Peer review required prior to products being delivered Quality Assurance form submitted with every deliverable product for customer assessment and comments Formal interviews with customers for contract support feedback and use of the results to evaluate our processes and determine if any changes need to be made Opportunities for staff training to continue improvement of their skill sets, thereby, increasing the knowledge base, raising the level of quality and improving responsiveness.
